What we do.
Waterwell sends irrigation engineers to maintain and commission many hundreds of systems every Spring (March-June). These systems could be ones we have recently installed, systems we have maintained for many years (some for nearly 30 years) or existing systems installed by others, that may be poorly maintained or long forgotten.

The Team.
The Waterwell administration team, led by Teresa and Peter, spend most of January and February planning our commission diary, contacting our customers and trying, where possible, to offer appointments at the most convenient time and day.
All our maintenance engineers have significant experience and training on the systems they service. We try to ensure, as often as possible, the same engineer services the same system year in year out.
We keep detailed notes on every system we visit. Run times are recorded. Any alterations carried out over the years, as well as preferences and specific requests from our customers are noted.

Communication and competence.
To provide every Waterwell customer with the best service, we focus on communication and competence. We constantly test our communication skills, introducing systems and challenging every team member to pass information to each other and to customers in a timely and clear manner.
Competence relies on communication: skills being passed down from senior to junior engineers; problems being discussed and resolved in a cost effective and timely manner; every team member understands their responsibilities, knowing each person is here to support the other team members, and feeding back best practice to the team.
