Our maintenance service is an essential part of our business and we currently

have over 550 customers with maintenance contracts, some of which have been customers for almost two decades. The service is there to provide you complete peace of mind and ensure your system evolves as your garden grows.

The maintenance service provides for us to visit your property twice a year at pre-arranged times to suit you. We come once in the spring to set the system up for the summer and again in the autumn to make changes and improve the system for the following year. In between times you can call upon us for extra visits whenever you wish.

Being London based, you will find that we can respond quickly and, as part of the changes we have made to Waterwell, whenever possible, we will try to send the same engineer to your property each time. That way you are able to get to know your Engineer and they can get to know your garden. We have also reduced the number of appointments that each Engineer has to make per day to ensure you get better value for money. In addition to that, each Engineer will now be more local to provide a quicker response to your needs.
