Over the twenty or so years that Waterwell has been in business we have developed a pretty keen sense of what our customers like and what suits their gardens. During that time, we have also worked alongside and developed close relationships with some of the best furniture designers, artists and sculptors from around the UK and abroad.
The products that they design and make are pretty difficult to source and we felt the next logical step therefore, was to put the two together and provide a shop window for these craftspeople to demonstrate their products to you.
Our aim is to ensure everything we show is either exclusive to Waterwell or that we can try to provide for you at highly beneficial rates.
Ben Fowler is a highly respected furniture designer who, with his team of craftsmen, has been making fine furniture in his Brighton studio for over 25 years. In that time Ben has produced an extraordinary range of interior and exterior furniture for his private and commercial clients and also for retailers including The Conran Shop, Ercol and Marks & Spencer.
We are delighted that Ben has agreed, not only to exhibit his current range with us, but in addition to that, he has produced the fabulous "Tree Arbour", exclusively for Waterwell.
The Waterwell Tree Arbour – is an elegant, louvered, focal point that can either support a swing-seat or act as a sun shaded for table and chairs. The elegant, organic shape is formed by laminating exterior plywood and the tapered Cedar louvers can be adjusted, via a simple pull cord, to allow as much or as little sunlight though as you wish.
Use on a terrace with a table and chairs and enjoy long, lazy lunches or find a quiet corner of the garden and let the day drift away while you doze on the Swing Seat.
Being modular, another advantage of the Waterwell Tree Arbour is that you have the flexibility to decide how wide you would like it to be, within reason.
As a guide, a 2.5m wide "Tree Arbour" costs £4,290 plus VAT with the optional swing-seat costing another £2,800 plus VAT, (fitting extra).
The Tea House – is a modular, outdoor room that can be "dressed" to suit your lifestyle and your garden. The walls can be solid, glazed, and can even support sliding fabric panels or louvers – it’s entirely up to you. The Tea House is made from chestnut which is a beautiful, locally sourced timber.
The Tea House is the perfect garden building; add a table and chairs and use it as a louvered sun-shade, use it as a summer house, a pool house or even as an outdoor studio. As a modular product, you can choose the size you want, the look you want and the use you want - lots of options to choose from.
As a guide, the 6m x 3.4m fully louvered Tea House shown costs £26,000 plus VAT, supplied and fitted.
The Mirror Seat – is part sculpture, part practical bench. Made from polished, marine-grade stainless steel, the reflections from the Mirror Seat play tricks with the eye and act as an amusing point of interest in a garden.
Mirror Seats work best either as singles or odd numbered groups and not only look fantastic when viewed from a distance, they work very well as seats too. Also, because they have such a small “footprint” they look light and elegant in the garden context.
The 2-seater Mirror seat costs £1,560 plus VAT, (fitting extra).
The Lawn Bench – is a beautiful, timber garden seat that would look good in any setting. Made from Chestnut, the Bench is stylish, comfortable and is a sophisticated addition to any garden.
Like the Arbour, the Bench is modular and can be adjusted in length, to fit the space you have in mind.
As a guide, the 3-seater Bench shown costs £2,800 plus VAT supplied and fitted.
The Waterwell Garden Office or Studio is a modern, multi-functional, space that fits well into most gardens. Insulated, double-glazed and with bi-fold Oak doors, it is an extra room, for the whole year. Clad in Cedar with a protective porch and decorated in Farrow & Ball paint, it makes a striking addition to any garden.

As a guide, the 6m x 4m option with a 1m porch (shown) costs £21,000 plus VAT, supplied and installed (depending upon spec).
Everything will be delivered and installed either by Waterwell or the artist so, all you have to do is decide what you would like and then order it.
